Welcome to the Hotbar Page!
If you have MS Internet Explorer for a browser, you have a neat option now! SKINS! Yep.....those funky images or textures can now replace your "grey" space up in the IE bar! Hotbar.com has come up with this ditty, and hopefully they'll improve it in time. However...even right now, you can goto their site, have the application installed, and then start adding your very own choices for "skins" to IE! In fact....we even came up with a special "auction" theme skin that you might like! See Below for a sample of this, and what it looks like "plain". Once you have the Hotbar utility installed, you can install this very skin right away, and have that darling Kasie with you during all your browsing.....she sure is a cutie, isn't she???
Now....before we get too far, Michael is STILL a firm believer in NetCaptor being the best browser out there....but when he came across this Hotbar utility, he thought it was pretty neat, and decided to do an "auction" skin for us! It turned out pretty cool, and he'll be ALL the more happy when NetCaptor gets skins as he uses that browser all the time. However....below is a screen cap from his IE browser with the skin on it:

Now...if you want to install this ultra cool "skin" in your OWN IE browser, you need to do a few things. First....goto(with IE as your browser!!!) Hotbar.com, and install their utility for this(it's pretty much done for you once you get there...just follow directions!). Then, come back here, and download(either left click and save, or right click and select "save target as...") the following file:
Now...make sure you save the BMP file to your C:\Program Files\Hotbar\ folder(it MUST be in this folder!) and then log BACK onto the hotbar site! Goto the "local" page, and you'll see THIS skin as an option! (Once I get the Hotbar information added to THIS page, you should be able to do it all right from HERE, but for now you need to do it this way!). Just click on the image of Kasie on the "local" page and it will now be on YOUR own IE browser! NOTE: You may need to move some of the toolbars around a bit up there to make things "look" best....but once you do, it's pretty cool!
We'll try to come up with a couple more in the future, but here's one for you to enjoy for now! AND....when Michael gets the time, he's hoping to do some icons/skin ideas for NetCaptor, so that you can all enjoy the best browser with an eskie theme. Right now, only icons/tools are possible in Netcaptor for changing, but skins may be a possible future option! Michael sure hopes so!
