Canine Court...Pedigree Programs Page

Note: We plan to update this page in the near future, and hope to correct any outdated links or information that remain in the old listing below.

We have assembled a listing page of some available "pedigree" type programs. We have tried only PC based programs, though this has included DOS, Win 3.11, and Win95+ programs. Our listing below is not intended to be exhaustive of ALL the available programs, as that could end up being quite a task. There are many programs that are not listed here, but we are seeking to list the best programs....those that will most likely be worth the effort of using! We DO want to know about any programs that any of you might think are worthy of adding to this listing. Just send us a note telling us what the program is, what you like about it, etc., and we'll seek to give it a test drive. We have yet to find a "perfect" program, but we have found much to like in the ones listed below. MOST offer a trial or demo download, so you can give it a whirl before you bite the bullet it and buy it! We most definitely suggest giving the trials a shot before you make any decisions on buying a particular program! Designed with Eskies in mind. Accepts UKC as well as AKC numbers and will print out entry forms for both! A little awkward in ways, but also in a reasonable price range AND it does cater to Eskies! The author is interested in feedback, so if you've tried the program, do let him know what you think! A "demo" version is available via download!
The Breeder's Standard Price: $109.95-$125.95(plus shipping) Requires Windows 95 for TBS 2000, but TBS v4.1 is still available for users of Win 3.11.	Man's Best Friend Software 6300 West 159th Street Oak Forest, IL 60452-2756 USA Toll-Free: 800-746-9364 Phone: 708-535-4831 They also offer other related software for cats, horses, and grooming.	A very complete package. Actually, maybe too much! In the high end for price, but also in the high end for what it offers. This covers just about anything you'd want in a pedigree/kennel type program. Not all that shabby to use either, but will take some time inputting info(as they all do). Accepts UKC numbers as "other" registration numbers, but the demo we tested(v4) didn't print UKC forms(TBS 2000 says it does UKC forms though). Prints very nice pedigrees, including pictures! A trial version is available via download.
Lineage Manager for Dogs Runs on Windows 3.11 or better. Price: $50.00 plus S/H	Northwest Performance Software PO BOX 148 Maple Valley, WA 98038-0148 USA	Not all that bad. Though a little awkward in ways, it does have a lot to offer. If you're checking pedigree programs out, we suggest giving this a shot...it might be something you like! A demo is available for download!
Pedigree Master Price: $59.95 Requires Windows 95.	Indigo Software Group P.O. Box 503455 San Diego, CA 92150 Fax: (603) 309-8492	Pedigree program from Indigo. We tried a "beta" download, and it was ok. Give it a try and see what you think. The trial is available for download.
Entry Master from Indigo Free utility from Indigo. A "Plus" version, with more features, is available for $39.95. Requires Windows 95.	Indigo Software Group P.O.
